The thing is that leaders and entrepreneurs have yet another thing in keeping: Neither one is actually a career. Which may perfectly describe why Millennials have all the makings of the great entrepreneurial generation but have failed to provide on that promise.

If you want to become a profitable businessman, don’t start out attempting to be one. Begin having a product plus a consumer issue that handles it. Receive capital. Make the product, market it, get clients. Sometimes you’ll wake up and realize what you’ve become: a man who started a company took a chance and made money. An entrepreneur.
